اتفاقية عدم الإفشاء
1. يمنع منعًا باتًا على المرشح للاختبار مشاركة أي معلومات سرية تتعلق بالاختبار مع أي اطراف أخرى أو جهة خارجية تحت أي ظرف من الظروف.
2. يلتزم المرشح للاختبار بعدم محاولة الوصول إلى أي معلومات أو بيانات خاصة بالاختبار تقع خارج نطاق مسؤولياته، ويجب عليه إبلاغ الشخص المسؤول من قسم التطوير والتدريب (اداره تنميه راس المال البشري ) فورًا في حال تم الوصول إليها عن غير قصد أو في حال وجود أي تهديد أو خرق محتمل لخصوصية هذه المعلومات.
3. يُحظر على المرشح للاختبار نسخ أو نقل أو محاولة إجراء هندسة عكسية لأي معلومات سرية أو أنظمة تخص الاختبار
4. يوافق المرشح على عدم إجراء أي تعديل أو تحديث على البرامج أو الأجهزة المزوّدة من قبل المركز والتي يتم استعمالها للاختبار إلا بعد الحصول على إذن كتابي مسبق منه
Non-Disclosure Agreement
1. The candidate for the test is strictly prohibited from sharing any confidential information related to the test with any other parties or external entities under any circumstances.
2. The candidate for the test commits not to attempt accessing any information or data related to the test that falls outside the scope of their responsibilities. The candidate must immediately inform the person responsible from the Development and Training Department (Human Capital Development Management) if such information is accessed unintentionally, or if there is any potential threat or breach to the confidentiality of this information.
3. The candidate for the test is prohibited from copying, transferring, or attempting to reverse-engineer any confidential information or systems related to the test.
4. The candidate agrees not to make any modifications or updates to the software or hardware provided by the center for use in the test without obtaining prior written consent from the center.
